Q. Do I have to purchase in advance?

A. Our tours fill up quickly in the summer & fall months and we encourage you to purchase your tour in advance so we can offer your preferred date. You can purchase your tour by booking online at yolo365tours.com or calling us directly at 707-395-5755. We do accept same day bookings by phone, provided we have space available.

Q. Accepted Payments?

A. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Paypal, and Venmo. 

Q. Where do you offer your tours?

A. We currently offer three tours in Winters, CA.  Join our email list to keep current on new tour announcements. Join for updates at the bottom of our main page here.

Q. How long are the tours?

A. We offer three 4 hour tours and one 3 hour evening tour in downtown Winters.  We have been known to linger a little longer for those folks who are enjoying our company!! It’s all good fun!

Q. Is there a lot of walking?

A. No, we walk less than 1 mile with many of the stops only steps away from each other; however by the end of the tour you will have explored many of the local favorites.

Q. Weather? 

A. Our tours may be rescheduled or re-routed due to extreme weather including rain, wind or fires.  We will do our best to move forward or reschedule. 

Q. Are your walking tours for locals or tourists?

A. Our tours are for both locals and visitors. We have many locals on our tours who love sharing the history and charm of their community. These tours are perfect for a date activity, or a way to share your neighborhood with visiting friends and family. These tours are great fun for birthdays, bridal showers ,executive retreats or celebrations with friends. Book a private tour and we will create the experience based on your group needs.

Q. Are all costs included with the price of the tour?

A. YES! Once you book your tour, all food, drinks, tasting fees and activities on the tour are included.

Q. What about tips, are they included?

A. Gratuity at any of the wineries, breweries, distilleries or restaurants is not included. If you feel your guide did a good job you are welcome to tip them as well.

Q. What if I need to reschedule or cancel my tour?

A. Because of our small size, cancellations affect us dearly.  No refunds or cancellations are accepted. Our tours are limited in size and your seat at all locations have been reserved. Booking with us is very similar to booking a theater ticket or sporting event.

Q. Where does Yolo 365 Tours begin?

A. Once you have booked your tour, you will be sent an email confirmation detailing the specific meeting location. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your start time.

Q. How large are the tour groups?

A. Our tour groups range from 4–10 guests. If you have a small party we may combine you with another group. 

Q. Dietary restrictions, allergies? 

A. Please be sure and let us know if you (or anyone in your group) have a dietary restriction (e.g. vegetarian, diabetic, allergy, etc.) when you purchase your tour. As long as we know in advance, we will try to accommodate your needs.

Q. Are Gift Certificates available?

A. Yes, all of Yolo 365 Tours are available as gift certificates. You can purchase on our website here.

Q. How can I get my business or community involved in your tours? 

A. We are currently focused in the town of Winters and some of the farms and wineries in and around Yolo. We are always collaborating to come up with new tour ideas. Please feel free to reach out through email, hello@yolo365tours.com, if you have a space or place you think might be a good fit to add or include in the tour. Thank you so much for your interest.

Q. How can I reserve a private tour?

A. If you’ve got six or more friends or guests, you can reserve a private group tour with us on your ideal date by sending an email to hello@yolo365tours.com or calling us at (707) 395-5755. We require at least 3 weeks in advance booking for a private group tour.

Q. When are you launching new tours?

A. Join our email list, at the bottom of our main page here, and you’ll be the first to know when we announce a new tour.
